Beta 17 - are we ready to go public beta?

This version is mostly bugfixes and overall polish compared to version 16. It also adds skills, although at the moment they are mere placeholders. In future version skills will have a real effect on tasks and other activities.

Well, but if no nasty bugs are found, then this will be the version which goes public beta, hopefully on 6th of June. But if the private beta test players report too many bugs, the public launch will be postponed until bugs are fixed. Let's see how it goes, then =)
